- We are looking for people with a deep understanding of financial services and in-depth expertise in one or more of the following areas: - Banking: Retail banking, Corporate banking, CRM, Asset-Liability Management, Treasury, Cards, Payments, Anti-Fraud, Core Banking Transformation

- Risk and Compliance: Banking & Capital Market Regulations, AML, KYC, Client Onboarding, regulatory regimes (EMIR, Dodd-Frank Act, Volcker Rule), Trade Surveillance, Regulatory Reporting, Anti-Fraud

- Horizontal consulting in financial services: Program Management, Process Consulting, IT Strategy, Information Management (BI/DW), Digital Transformation Knowledge of industry products is an added advantage: Actimize, Advent Geneva, Asset Control, Bloomberg PolarLake, Calypso, Charles River IMS, Eagle PACE / STAR, GoldenSource, Mantas, Murex, Sungard Asset We are searching for success-oriented people who have a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, a competitive drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit that will help propel the continued growth of the firm. We look for candidates that have prior relevant work experience, excel in ambiguous situations, and possess a passion for helping companies become more competitive.

- 14-16 years of work experience

- 5-10 years with business consulting firms

- Experience in leading business strategy, operational alignment, process improvement, customer experience and Omni channel design, IT transformation & Digital strategy, Change Management for large banks in India

- Establish CXO connects with large retail and corporate banking clients

- strong ability to build and manage client relations.

- Good consulting skills and banking process best practice knowledge. Business acumen combined with a comfort with technology is a must as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

Candidates must be able to quickly frame complex business problems and prioritize root causes with confidence, but not arrogance. We value intellectual curiosity, initiative and entrepreneurial drive!
