Job Description -
- The role is primarily Practice/Presales + Delivery.
- Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA / HITECH /ISO).
- Timely intervention to improve quality.
- Proficient in preparing Day-to-Day report, Weekend report, month end report, coding profile Report, Daily quality report, and monthly quality report.
- Manage the delivery of services and PL.
- Production planning monthly, weekly, and daily queue management, movement of resource on need basis.
- Guide Operations on functional aspects of coding and endeavour to improve coding standards in the team and Manage high Customer Satisfaction Level
- Taking actions based on feedback from Client's satisfaction.
- Reviewing the Trend on weekly basis and analysing the reasons if there is any deviation.
- Manage the overall performance management of the team.
- Manage Team Attrition
Job Specification -
- Should have HCC coding & HEDIS experience.
- Experience of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial LOB.
- Worked on HCC Coding - Prospective, Retrospective, Concurrent Projects.
- Experience of HEDIS Quality Measures.
- Experience of Vendor Management.
- Medical coding certification through either AAPC or AHIMA: CPC/COC/CIC/CCS.
- Strong understanding of healthcare principles and concepts.
- Good at creating SOPs, SOW, Vendor agreement, Process mapping.
- Strong Client interaction and Management Skills.
- Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills, and Interpersonal Skills
