Senior Practice Director - Advanced Analytics - CPG/Media/Online/Retail Domain - KPO

Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Analytics Delivery Management processes, tools, onsite-offshore engagement model.

- Should have managed delivery team of 50 people or more in US, India and other geos with gross margin targets.

- CPG/media/Online/retail domain experience in Advanced Analytics

- Should be able to drive Solutioning and proposals

- Provide leadership and manage the delivery organization for account portfolio. Will need to manage large accounts, which will require the ability to engage with customers at C level.

- Manage and grow such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix

- Delivery Leadership: Enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns & escalations; drive productivity, utilization

- As a senior leader of the team, this role will carry responsibility in aiding organization development, innovation & providing solution while also aiding business development effort
