The Role: The Senior PPC/SEM expert will have the responsibility of defining and executing digital acquisition strategies across our B2C websites. This will involve delivery of a fully integrated online marketing program to include PPC/SEM, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Adwards and Re-targeting campaigns.
We are looking for someone who has a strong background attracting and acquiring customers and who is used to working in a fast paced business. This person must be innovative/creative and know how to drive commercial value and ROI via the delivery of digital marketing programmes/initiatives.
Strong Analytical skills to intervpret & analyse data in Google Analytics & various campaigns.
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Define, create and implement the digital marketing strategy across paid channels in order to grow our global user-base significantly, maintaining strong profitability.
- Manage relationships, budget and implementation for our global PPC/SEM accounts (across 5-6 countries including USA, UK, Australia) in order to deliver the best return on investment:
- Campaign/adgroup/ad/keyword creation and optimisation.
- Bid automation - configuring and implementing bid rules to hit business ROI targets
- Regular Reporting
- Manage affiliate marketing program in a bid to grow revenues through:
Identifying the top affiliates around the world and develop an affiliate program to support them
Engage with these affiliates to ensure a long-term relationship that drives qualified traffic to isango! websites.
Help coordinate affiliate requests (banners, widgets, offers etc) to provide best possible affiliate performance, as well as coordinate any other necessary technical work for the channel.
Something about candidate:
- Google Adwards certified.
- At least 6 years - hands-on- experience in Digital Performance marketing - PPC/SEM (working with a small budget), Affiliate Marketing, Retargeting and Social Media Acquisition campaigns from strategy to implementation and monitoring gained in a B2C industry.
- Demonstrable experience using Google Adwords, Google Analytics (expert level) and experience in PPC/SEM bid automation platforms.
- Ability to drive clear, thoughtful analysis of ROI of customer acquisition programmes, plus experience in budgeting.
- Proven experience of website conversion optimisation.
- Ideally you will have an advanced degree in a related field.
- Excellent numerical, financial and analytical skills - you love numbers!
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Fluent in English - additional language skills are preferable but not essential.
- Experience and proven success of working in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment - desirable
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations - desirable
