Senior Planner/Lead Planner - Brand Strategy & Communication Planning

We are looking for Sr. Planner and Lead Planner to work with following skills sets;

Job Title: Sr. Planner and Lead Planner

Location: Bangalore

Experience : 3-4 and 4-6 years

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- A solid grounding in brand strategy and communication planning

- Ability to participate and manage projects that involve stakeholders from multiple disciplines in different locations

- You should have exceptional collaboration skills, especially with creative, strategy, research and data analytics, where you - build-on- ideas

- You have clearly demonstrated comfort and expertise working with multiple data sources in building a strategy

- Curiosity to dig deep and learn new ways of insight mining from large data bases

- Enthusiasm and positive energy to drive client work and thought leadership projects

- You should be a very good communicator and presenter

- Resilient and flexible in getting things done

- Plan and organize workload well and able to work with minimal guidance

REQUIREMENTS

- About 2-6 years of experience in Account Planning at a leading agency

- Master's Degree in communication/MBA/Behavioral Economics preferred

- Proficient with tools and frameworks for building brand strategy - identifying source of business, building segment profiles, consumer persona, creative brief writing, consumer journeys, communications blueprint and insight mining

- Experience working on - Global Projects with cross country teams preferred
