Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of company's products, audiences & buyer personas.

- Develop state-of-the-art digital marketing strategies for demand generation and customer engagement across paid and organic platforms with a focus on lead quality and volume.

- Planning global digital marketing budgets and efficiently deploying budgets for optimal outputs from the spends.

- Lead, motivate, mentor, and grow the performance marketing function within the marketing team.

- Leverage paid & organic channels to drive top funnel, lead velocity and pipeline.

- Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and optimize the buyer journey.

- Measure, track and report on performance marketing efforts through structured dashboards.

- Explore new channels for customer acquisition for the company.

- Be a champion of account based marketing efforts for the company.
