- We are looking for individuals with either audit or assurance experience .

- Individuals who can set and implement strategic direction, go-to-market strategies for the financial service practice.

- Potential rainmaker candidates would have previously worked in senior positions in the India Big4 Financial Services industry or are currently working in industry with a consulting background or residing outside India and wishing to return home.

- The individuals should have working knowledge of banking, capital markets and insurance and have directional clarity regarding the current and future offerings portfolio to these two sectors.

- Candidates should have served high-profile financial services industry and capital market clients delivering superior service excellence.

- As a leader the role will involve overseeing diverse teams and leading them toward a common goal.
