Position Overview:
Proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand TICO's client base and collaborating with clients to identify their leadership needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Identify emerging trends and market opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with other partners and stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract top executive talent.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and researchers, providing the guidance and support necessary to ensure excellence in execution
Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and other key performance indicators.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through high-quality service delivery.
- Uphold the firm's reputation for excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Experience of 17-20+ years with the last five to six years in a leadership role with a leading executive search firm.
- Demonstrated success in developing and nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivateothers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Deep industry knowledge and expertise in executive search methodologies and best practices.
