Role Designation: Senior Outsourcing Specialist

Location - Bangalore

The essence of the role: Define framework and model for collaboration with Units, contribute effectively to plan and proposal development including tracking and monitoring, develop deal specific components for a differentiated and profitable approach, maintain strong client relationship links.

Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned with the above-mentioned role/designation:

- Drive relationship-building and engagement with industry analysts

- Deliver persuasive presentations, including demos and customer case studies, and be the first line addressing Q&A

- Coordinate with vertical and enterprise teams on demos/ training, service updates, and customer success updates

- Ingest analyst research, drive internal knowledge sharing, and incorporate analyst feedback and research findings into ongoing marketing efforts (create feedback loop)

- Manage social media activities with analysts

- Drive analyst RFIs, surveys, etc. as part of analyst research agendas

Qualifications :

- MBA in any Discipline, with at least 10 years of experience in areas relevant to the Job Description

Preferred :

- Experience in managing analyst relation, hosting an analyst & facilitating leadership meeting is preferred

- Primary Requirement - Independently manage a function (managing analyst relation)

- Ability to manage things independently and the ability to take a decision

- Relationship building (Continuous follow up, feeding information)

- Communicate to the market

- Formal training or certification in PR

- Flexible should be working in odd hours

- Database management (documentation management

- Strong understanding of the BPM industry in general with a particular focus on

- Superior verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate key messages clearly and explain technical concepts using a range of communications vehicles

- Existing relationships and experience working with target industry analysts a plus

- Results oriented, committed to the quality of product and service, with the desire to raise the bar

- Self-motivated, with the innate drive to learn and pick up new challenges

- Capable of working well independently and collaboratively

- Bachelor's / Master's degree

- Ten years of experience in services/ product marketing, PR, consulting, and/ or analyst relations
