Senior Organizational Manager with Top German MNC Manufacturing
Responsibilities specifically include :
Defining the HR Strategy with the HR Head and implementation of same
Devising and implementing Organization-wide Interventions which includes domains like :
- Organization Design
- Talent Development
- Capability Building
- Reward & Recognition
- Employee Engagement
- Workforce Planning
- Systemic approach to Prescriptive Analytics in HR
- Simplification and Automation of HR Processes
Location - Gurgaon
There would be 2 OD executives reporting to you.
- This is a new position because they want to start with the process in India and manage and design all OD activities.
- Please note there are lot of responsibilities would involve as it's a senior position.
