Senior Operations Role - Revenue

Job Purpose

The individual would be required to lead the Operations team and ensure that the team is motivated and functioning efficiently. Also all activities being undertaken by the team should be as per business requirement and in compliance with regulations. The individual is expected to self driven and to proactively identify areas of improvement to bring in higher efficiency and productivity in the team. An individual is expected to have a good understanding of wealth management business requirements from operations point of view. Hands on experience of working on Wealth Spectrum System would be an advantage.

Principal Accountabilities

Revenue computation and Reconciliation

- Monitoring & controlling the entire revenue process. Ensure accurate and timely computation of revenue and timely submission of the same to Finance.

- Ensure timely receipt of payments from all the manufacturers. Gaps if any to be investigated and reconciled in a timely manner.

- Monitoring timeliness and accuracy of revenue and fee being udpated in BI tool.

- Responsible for ensuring timely computation & recovery of Fee for Advisory clients and payment to Referral Partners.

Financial Transaction Processing

- Ensure error free and correct processing of financial transactions by Operations Team.

- Identify and automate process wherever possible.

Wealth Management System

- Ensure all internal systems (Wealth Spectrum/ Tableau/ CRM) are correctly updated.

- Work closely with IT and other third-party providers to ensure system are functioning optimally.

- Identify and implement system automation projects.

Process Reengineering & Strategic Projects

- Proactively indentify process reengineering initiatives to being in higher efficiency and productivity of the team.

- Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders as well as third party providers on the same.
