The role focuses on operations management which revolves around planning and monitoring the resource deployment, reviewing daily dashboards, staffing plans, work allocation, governance adherence in addition to client management with the objective to deliver target delivery models, delivery predictability and enhance the client satisfaction.
The incumbent will be managing a span of over 40 FTE and 16-20 sub processes within the gamut of sourcing and procurement operations for the client at hand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Day to day operations and team management

- Managing & ensuring KPI's & SLA's are met
- Set up and drive governance calls
- Ideas to generate more Revenue & Savings
- Handle escalations effectively
- MIS reports
Technical Competencies:
- Spend Analysis, Category/Sub category profiling,
- Market research and analysis, Procurement Operations
- Category strategy development / Project Sourcing Strategy Development
Skilled negotiator -
- Developing strategy, identify levers, lead or be part of negotiating team
- Strong analytical skills
- Stakeholder management
Education & Experience:
- Graduate in any field, MBA in Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in Sourcing & Procurement areas, with minimum 5 years in client facing roles
- Hands on experience on MS Word, Power Point and Excel
