Senior Operations Manager - Credit Advisory
Founded by alumnus from IIM and MDI, our client is a pioneer credit advisory company. It operates in the fin-tech domain, helping customers improve their credit ratings and get access to better financing options and also providing leads and sales enablement services to companies in the BFSI domain. Our client boasts of customers from over 250 locations pan India.
- Apart, from the credit advisory services, the firm also offers other customized financial products. The company is a stable one with a track record of 5 years in which it has helped millions of retail customers improve their credit health and get access to better financing options.
As the Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the day to day operations of the organisation.
The other key responsibilities will include :
- Setting up and manage the operations of the company.
- Ensure 100% initiation on day one itself.
- Control team attrition and motivating them to achieve the deliverables.
- In-charge for the training needs for the team members.
- Ensure all emails are attended by the team members on the same day, as it has direct impact on the case closures.
- Maintain various MIS report as required.
- Setting up back-office operations to track business transactions.
- Setting up and managing support team for sub-broker and customer queries.

- Excellent in communication and building relationship

- Excellent in MS Office tools.
