About the role : - Given the business context, robust operations are the key to our success. We plan to invest in a strong operational setup comprising support centers, job counselors, and a fulfillment team. - The role of Senior Manager, Operations cuts across all the ops teams and reports into the head of operations. The incumbent in this role is responsible for setting up overall operations strategies, key policies/processes and planning and implementing the improvement roadmap. - This role at GoodWorker provides a unique opportunity for a high performing individual to have a broad impact. Key Responsibilities : - Define overall operational strategy and implementation roadmap - Collaborate with product and operational leads to set up an implementation plan - Devise, implement and maintain the most important policies/processes for the platform - Lead a small team of associates to support the initial set up of end to end operations - Setup and maintain key operational metrics and KPIs - Be the process expert - define and review processes for robustness and scalability - Lead all new initiatives/pilots within the operations organization Ideal Candidate Requirements : - MBA graduate with 5+ years of program management/operations experience - Data-driven, structured approach with a good understanding of - product- in a consumer internet context - Exceptional cross-functional collaborator, with the ability to influence without authority - Experienced in setting up and scaling processes - Able to manage and juggle multiple workstreams - Fluent in English and Hindi (other Indian languages a bonus!) - A cogent communicator and a confident presenter
