Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing

A Large INR 7,000 Crore Manufacturing Conglomerate in the Oils, Lubricants & Cables business is looking for a Sr. Officer - Talent Acquisition to join it's Corporate HR Team, based at Chembur, Mumbai.

You MUST come with atleast 2 - 6 years of relevant work experience at hiring & onboarding Senior & Middle Management candidates from the Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and Implement the Hiring Plan on-time as per Manpower Plan approved,

2. Identify and onboard New IT-based Hiring Sources & Consultants to increase Process & Cost effectiveness,

3. Ensure a pleasant Candidate experience across all touchpoints, befitting the stature of the Brand & the Organisation's Values,

4. Seamlessly implement the Organisation's Recruitment & Onboarding process in the right spirit and within timelines defined,

5. Act as the Brand Custodian for all Prospective Candidates, Internal & External touchpoints,

6. Ensure compliance to all statutory & legal norms at all times.
