We are hiring for the position of "Sales Officer - B2B Project Sales - Building Materials business for Mumbai and Delhi NCR location.

Experience: 2 years to 8 years

Job Summary:

- Seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Representative with a passion for Building material solutions.

- Responsible for driving sales growth, building and nurturing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:

- To meet the influencers in Projects and get our client's products specified: Architects / Interior Designers / PMCs / Contractors etc.

- Generate new B2B leads and convert them into customers.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs accurately

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiate contracts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should have done his Degree/ MBA with minimum of 2-6 years' experience in the Building Material industry like Boards, Paints, Tiles and Bath Fittings & Sanitary Ware etc.

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in building materials or related industries.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
