Job Title: Sr. Marketing Services Manager

Job Summary :

Lead the Media planning and Buying for Mainline ATL media for Nutrition Brands as per requirement of different brands.

Core Job Responsibilities :

Media Planning and Buying :

- Lead the Media planning and Buying for Mainline ATL media for Nutrition Brands as per requirement of different brands

- Lead Annual planning and strategy for media buying across Portfolio

- Execute Media plans through the media buying agency as per agreed Pre-Evals. Ensure final delivery of Media parameters as per agreed pre-evals

- Conceptualize and Collaborate with Brand teams to create Digital assets and plan for allied media for driving digital assets

- Work closely with Finance, Purchase / Sourcing and brand teams to ensure compliance to budgets and Sourcing compliance norms for Media buys Telemarketing and Customer service

- Lead and manage the telemarketing team to deliver on number of calls as agreed on with brand teams

- Oversee quality, process and hiring of manpower, with 3rd party service providers, to maintain telemarketing capability to deliver on number of agreed calls

- Provide Marketing analytics from telemarketing calls to respective brand teams on a monthly and quarterly level

- Lead the Customer complaint receipt mechanism and work with stakeholders (Trade, Quality, Legal and Public Affairs) to minimize risk for the business

Agency Management :

- Liaison with Agency partners to ensure Scope-of-work aligned resourcing for agency teams.

- Resourcing is basis SOW from brands

- Manage Quarterly and Annual agency reviews

Experience Details :

8+ Years of :

- Experience in media planning, buying of traditional and digital media, exposure to telemarketing process

- Possess excellent Networking skills and Negotiation skills

- Must have excellent team coordination and communication skills - verbal & written.
