Senior Marketing Manager - Retail

Looking at a dynamic marketing professional for one of the leading retail organization who can contribute in making a brand to recon with

Need passionate, energetic team player, who shall report directly to Brand head and plays a key role in increasing brand visibility and market share.

The person leads a small team and shall have these as main KRA's

- BTL activation for Brand Engagement & Retail Visibility

- Preparing annual marketing budget and calendar

- Plan BTL activities and promotions / offer planning

- Designing Promotional Offers and Marketing activities

- Maximizing sales & footfall targets

- Organizing promotional events / activities within budgetary allocations

- Working with the creative agency on season's campaigns and developing communication for tactical promotions

- Analysis of Sales & Retail data to understand ROI for various marketing activities

- Marketing budget to handled is 7- 8 cr.
