Job Description :

- Strategizing & planning a comprehensive customer engagement calender for online customer.

- Email & SMS marketing

- Loyalty management for online customers

- Retention & re-engagement of online customers

- Managing marketing campaigns

- Social media marketing & social media optimization

- Managing UI including the development of wireframe

- Innovating and delivering products that differentiate us from competition. This will include new products as well as enhancements to existing products

- Responsible for defining and delivering on world class User experience for for the entire set of Internet and Mobile products.
