Senior Marketing Manager - Media

We are looking out for a Sr Marketing Manager professional to be associated with one of our client being a Media Company in Mumbai.

Role Overview :

Reporting to the Marketing Head, the primary role would be to support and participate in the execution of the marketing/brand strategy for the brand

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Marketing the respective. To ensure Brand equity scores and market shares are as per set targets

- Responsible for driving the development and execution of new initiatives on Brand for consumer engagement

- Work alongside internal stakeholders and external creative agencies and partners - Creative, Media, Social Media Outdoor and BTL agencies

- Responsible for Social Media strategies & execution as per set targets

- To work alongside the PR lead of the cluster and achieve set targets

- Responsible for consumer engagement activities execution for the channel / Drive Sales support initiatives

Qualifications/ Requirements :

- Post Graduate with specialization in Marketing

- At least 7 to 10 years of experience in brand management and marketing.

- Experience with ATL & BTL activities and understanding of Traditional Media - Led 360 degree Marketing campaigns. Launch and sustenance phases for brands (TV, Print, Outdoor)

- Understanding of Digital Media mostly Social Platforms

- Brand management/ product marketing experience would be preferred

- Strong implementation skills, should be organized and process driven

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proactive and should have good relationship building skills.

- Marketing experience from a Media environment is preferable.

- Affinity for the respective content as a viewer will be an added advantage
