Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and drive our marketing efforts for our fast-growing ecommerce platform. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's digital presence, creating compelling content, and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance our online visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Creation:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand objectives and resonates with our target audience.

- Create high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, product descriptions, social media posts, and email campaigns.

- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging and visually appealing multimedia content.

Graphic Design and Visual Content:

- Design eye-catching visuals, graphics, and promotional materials for use across various digital platforms.

- Ensure consistent branding and messaging in all visual assets.

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.

Ecommerce Marketing:

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on our ecommerce platform.

- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to maximize customer appeal and search visibility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and streamline the customer journey.

Digital Advertising:

- Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display, and social media advertising.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Social Media Management:

- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

- Manage and curate social media content, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries and comments.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.

- Generate regular reports on marketing campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience (6 to 10 years) in a senior marketing role within the ecommerce industry.

- Strong content creation skills, including excellent writing and storytelling abilities.

- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for ecommerce platforms.

- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

- In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their role in brand building and customer engagement.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
