Senior Marketing Manager - Construction Equipment/Gen Sets

Hiring for one of the most reputed construction equipment manufacturing companies in India.

Looking for a senior marketing manager with 10 to 15 years experience in marketing role in industries like construction equipment, gen sets,mining, industrial equipments,etc.Person will lead the off line marketing department reporting into the marketing manager.

Job Description:

- To lead the off line marketing vertical team of 6 to 8 team members reporting into the marketing head.

- To be accountable for devising and implementing a marketing plan to scale up market share in construction equipments, gen sets, and mining segments as per organization objectives and guidelines.

- Setting up and implementing a process on increasing lead generation

- Planning marketing activities to increase loyal customer base

- Focusing on ATL/BTL activities to enhance the business

- Campaign management and lead nurturing processes

- Brand management/Merchandising

- Providing Sales Collaterals and support

- Focusing on great customer experience/client cultivation.

- To keep a tab on all competition activities and taking timely actions as needed

- To build up, nurture and mentor a a good marketing team

Core competencies,Knowledge and Experience-

- About 10 to 15 years experience in off line marketing role in related industries like construction equipment, gen sets, mining, industrial machinery, etc

- Deep understanding of the industry in a marketing role specially on implementing effective ATL/ BTL

- Must have the experience of leading a team

- Self driven individual who can create marketing programs and implement them

- Capability to coordinate across various stake holders .

- Has to be a graduate Engineer with MBA preferred
