Candidates having Engineering/IT degree would be preferred  Detailed job description :   Strategic and planning :  - Design the HR digitalization and automation plan, in line with the group HR strategy. Driving HR process efficiency.  - Leveraging digital to enhance employee experience.  - Support TA leads in driving employer brand through right digital mediums.  - Building relevant HR dashboards / MIS to track effectiveness of HR processes.  - Continuously scan the external environment to assess upcoming technologies.  - This would also entail scanning and evaluating relevant vendors in the external ecosystem to collaborate.  HR Process Efficiency :  - Assess and evaluate various HR technology platforms / solutions available in the market.   - Work in collaboration with the HR CoEs to understand various HR processes and evaluation potential use of digital technologies to drive specific process effectiveness (e.g. use of digital hiring solutions in recruitment, learning platforms etc.).  Customer Experience :  - Review the end to end employee lifecycle to identify the key touchpoints (moments that matter) and effectively leverage digital mediums to design an outstanding experience.  - Drive the overall employer brand (both for internal employees and external prospects) through effective usage of social platforms (e.g. online Recognition platform).  - Work towards simplifying the employee interfaces for the technology (specific to hr processes) to improve usability.  HR Automation & MIS :  - Carry out automated analytics and dashboard tools through effective use technology Create automated systems for pushing MIS and other standard reports to the relevant stakeholder group.  People development :  - Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the employees in the department.  - Drive a performance-driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members.
