Client : Leading Brand  Location : Gurgaon  Desgination : Senior Manger / AVP - Regulatory & Public Policy  Job Role :  - Aid in the process of forming positions on the regulatory and policy issues impacting business  - Provide relevant business inputs with respect to developing strategic business plans and annual operating plans in line with corporate strategy and extant regulatory dispensation.  - Financial Modeling with respect to existing and future business plans and policy directions  - Provide inputs and lead in all the regulatory, policy and business tasks including drafting white papers, position papers, and petitions, regulatory compliances, liaison with regulators and government, review policies and regulations, provide technical inputs in various regulatory/policy issues.  - Execution and management of legal, regulatory and policy functions at corporate level encompassing activities related to Intellectual Property, Competition issues and commercial contracts.  - Provide proactive legal, policy and regulatory guidance, advice and problem solving on a timely basis to the Group with focus on day to day business and legal, policy regulatory issues;   - Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management's attention, Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time and execution is duly mapped;   - Conduct Due Diligence process in various transactions and participate in the DD closure report, drafting and vetting of representation and warranties, indemnities. etc. Vetting of documents related to various transactions, Drafting and vetting of Loan Agreement, Deed of Guarantee, Deed of Pledge, Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreement, Term Sheet, POA, MOU, LOI, etc.   - Conflict and dispute resolution among different stakeholders and assists in negotiations discussions to ensure the best legal solution to meet commercial objectives   - Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders on the above areas   - To identify and find ways to reduce legal risk by regular review of Group legal activities to ensure that they are in line with established policies, procedures and legal and compliance perspective  IDEAL CANDIDATE :  - LLB with 8-10 plus years of experience preferably in Telecom, IT, ITeS, ISP, Internet, Power, Energy, Oil and Natural Gas or Broadcasting Sector  - Hands on experience in Regulatory and Policy matters.  - Proven experience of working with government and parliamentarians on specific policy and regulatory issues, working with industry associations
