Senior Managers/AGM/DGM - Business Excellence - Business Conglomerates (10-20 yrs)
Looking to Hire Candidates for Business Excellence team for one of the leading business conglomerates at Surat.
- Experience in Data mining and Data Analytics, including requisite tools and System support in enabling the same.
- Clarity and understanding of various Technology, IT and Digital solutions (ERP, SCM, CRM, HRMS, MES, POS Systems, Design and implementation of On Line/Digital Platforms, Collaboration Tools).
Additional capabilities :
- Should have played a key role in process/business transformation and change management for a Mid/Large corporate
- Looking for candidates who has worked at IT Process also.
- A sound understanding of company-wide business processes
- Clear understanding of enterprise wide solution architecture and landscape
- Has been involved in IT enabled transformation projects
- Will have an understanding of enabling E-commerce and a Digital Presence across the entire corporate ecosystem, vendors, customers, employees and social media and other stakeholders
- Managing Projects, Vendor Management and Coordination of agencies to deliver solutions
- Experience in Data mining and Data Analytics, including requisite tools and System support in enabling the same
Functional skillsets :
- Clarity and understanding of various Technology, IT and Digital solutions (ERP, SCM, CRM, HRMS, MES, POS Systems, Design and implementation of On Line/Digital Platforms, Collaboration Tools)
- Has an understanding and working experience with key ERP/CRM/Supply Chain / Sourcing Solutions/platforms - SAP, MicroSoft, Oracle, JDA, SalesForce, IT partners TCS, Infosys, IBM etc .
