The incumbent will be expected to standardize, run &amp; scale up the client's Warehouse &amp; Supply chain operations pan-India Role Responsibilities: - Setting up/standardizing warehouse operations for all fulfillment centers pan-India - Leading a team of on-roll &amp; off-roll team members (approx. 5-6 in each warehouse) - Leveraging technology to set up the best processes. - Partnering with Logistics partners &amp; vendors &nbsp;- 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Warehouse Operations either in E-commerce space or with Logistics companies. - Start-up experience would be an added advantage. - High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch. - Excellent internal &amp; external stakeholder management skills. - B.tech &amp; MBA&nbsp;
