Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

- Optimization of operations , improve handling, develop semi automatic and automatic solutions with low cost mindset

- Ensure warehouse density maximization with available infrastructure and build business case to get further capex

- Warehouse expansion strategy in line with footprint expansion

- RM/PM storage strategy - temporary and permanent warehousing

- Manpower scheduling and activity wise manpower optimization

- Warehouse operation management and ensuring 5S, safety and continuous improvement

- National SPOC for all external warehouse management
