We have an opening as a Senior Manager -Warehouse for one of the leading Startup Ecommerce company  Experience Required : 5+Years into E-commerce warehouse management  Job Location : Bangalore  Job Description :  - Plan, monitor and control inventory transactions, Cycle time, Cost, Non live inventory, Inventory spoilage, Re-work, Scrap etc Trouble shoot inventory transition variances, develop RCA & develop better internal control each and every process.   - Inventory valuation using FIFO, NRV etc, Inventory reporting, Designing provision policies, Monitoring various provision and align category and warehouse operation to reduce the provision hits.   - Minimize overstocks and removal of outdated merchandise to maximize availability and accurate of inventory, work with warehouse operation and category management to reduce ordering cost and carrying cost.   - Monitor the age of inventory, Work with Category team & facilitate corrective merchandize plan.   - Ensure that goods inwards / stock control department is well organized and controlled, Safety,Hygiene, theft, product handlingetc are maintained with periodic audits.  - Ensure customer orders are fulfilled, purchased Returns are processed without any delay.  - Plan and manage perpetual inventory (Cycle Count) count at inventory warehouses,Not found item analysis and taking corrective actions to reduce inventory losses.  - Monitor TAT for each and every inventory movements at Inventory & catalog warehouses work with operation team to reduce over TAT transaction, Improve TAT by removing unnecessary activity etc.  - Work with category operation, ensure Purchase orders are planned and delivered on time.  - Manage internal /External inventory audit at all Warehouses and Full fillment centers.  - Monitor and control all logistics delivery center,inventory's are shipped to correct locations or returned to respective warehouse etc.  - Design, Maintain and update SOP's for all inventory operation related processes.  - Monitor the cataloging process, TATetc to ensure the product go live on portal on time.  - Monitor the customer Return flow and Re-Stocking of merchandise without any delay.  - Setting KPI for inventory control team, Monitor & provide regular feedback for hit, misses  Inward,outward management.  - Warehouse management.  - Inventory Management.  - Generating excel Report and Analysis.  - Lastmile Delivery.  Veena.
