Senior Manager/Vice President/Head - Analytics & Business Intelligence - Insurance

Our client is an MNC Financial Services Firm with significant growth plans for their captive shared services centre in India. As part of growth of their business, they are looking for a seasoned analytics professional as Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence to lead the team based out of their Mumbai Office and support global teams in decision making by generating insights across marketing, risk, finance, operations, HR functions using various statistical modeling techniques.

Reporting into a Director, person would be responsible for leading and growing the team to deliver high quality analytics services across businesses. You would also partner with other teams to identify new opportunities to apply advanced analytics and statistical modeling techniques.

The Successful Applicant:

- You should hold a Master's degree with atleast 12 to 15 years of analytics experience working with an Insurance or consulting firm.

- Experience of managing end to end Analytics product offering in a team leading role is a must for this role.

- Strong understanding of statistical techniques like logistic regression, cluster analysis, principal component analysis etc. in SAS environment.

- Ability to lead and grow large teams and proven track record of leading business.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
