Sr Manager - Hospitality ( Vertical Head)
Responsible for :
- Deliver on Hospitality and Commercial business Sales targets
- Maintaining & Improving on Existing Project Relationship (especially 5 Star Chains); Build new Relationships in existing/new geographies.
- Meeting Hospitality Consultants and operators on a regular basis
- Developing and implementing Hospitality Sales Processes
- Key Account Sales Management
- Closer tracking of Projects from Inception to order execution through External Databases & internal reports.
- Building sales forecasting
Relationships And Contacts :
Supervisory Relationships:
- Reports to: Director Sales
Reporting Relationships :
- KAM Hospitality where there exists direct reporting
Frequent contacts with :
- Product Managers, Marketing Communication Manager, Showroom designers on all marketing related activities.
- Regional Sales Manager
External Business Relationships :
- Has continuous contact with Big Hotel Chains and Hospitality Consultants
Education And Experience Requirements :
- 10 -12 years sales management experience within building materials trade
- Experience in selling products to the Hospitality business.
- Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Mature, self driven and result oriented.
- Must be willing to travel regularly.
- MBA - Marketing qualification preferred. Must be bi-lingual in both English and Hindi.
