Senior Manager - Vendor Sourcing - HR - BFS (10-15 yrs)

Job Description :

- Vendor management (Empanelment & Engagement) - initiation of risk checks, procurement, legal compliance, rolling contracts, vendor payments & vendor evaluation process.

- Stakeholder management - HR Operations Support (PMS & Compensation surveys, Business Partner coordination & Campus recruitment activities)

- Employee on-boarding - New joiner induction, orientation and on-boarding, document collection, creation of employee codes and other access for candidates

- HRMS Systems - Ensure sanity of data on the HRIS system, Taleo & SAP which supports for different business demands

- HR analytics & dashboards - Provide monthly talent dashboards, employee attrition reports, infant attrition reports and various other reports when required

- Employee life cycle - compiled reports on hires, transfers, international mobility, secondments, employee movements and off-boarding

Background screening - Centralized pan-India screening for all employees, extended screening as per client requirements, monthly\quarterly reports to stakeholders & client audits.

- Job portals - Admin access for different job portals for TA team, tracking closures and provides cost analysis reports to TA stakeholders

- Exit\Separation Management - Coordination with different stakeholders for online exit clearance process for the exited employees

- Recruitment - Sourcing support through job portals, headhunting, internal database, references, social media, advertisement etc. to close the positions for high staffing demands

- Leave management - Leave tracking on SAP and HRIS, time management, block leaves, LWP adjustment and general leave and encashment queries

- Query resolution - responding to employee grievances and queries on day-to-day HR activities - Lead a project for a NGO under annual CSR activity

- Projects\Initiatives - Chatbot implementation, ticketing portal for HR queries, employee referral program at
