We are looking for a Senior Manager - Taxation for a client with a global presence based at Noida.

Reports to : Associate Vice President, Finance - Taxation

Shift Timings : 9 am - 6 pm , 5 days working

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 4+ yrs of Post Qualification experience mandatory

Education : CA /CPA only

Business Understanding : Understanding of tax statutes, Understanding of the IP industry - applications and processes within the company

Knowledge : Good understanding of tax statutes, understanding of tax accounting, IFRS and/ or US GAAP

Behavioral Skills : Analytical, Written and oral communication, Result orientation, Detail orientation, Planning and organizing

Job Purpose

- The position exists to support the tax team in various spheres, including and not limited to direct tax compliance, tax return preparation, coordination with global consultants, indirect tax compliance and VAT/ GST return preparation, tax accounting and reporting, transfer pricing compliance, documentation and coordinating statutory tax audit.

- Time and contribution will also be required in tax structuring, merger, due diligence, process documentation and tax litigation.

- Compliance measures and tax laws

- Tax and related compliance filings

- IFRS/ US GAAP

- Tax accounting and reporting
