Senior Manager - U.S. Staffing Operations (UK Shift)

- This is a captive recruitment center & it is a leadership / management role chartered with the vision to create one of India's best process-driven recruitment organization servicing U.S. customers. This position will require extensive collaboration with various other centres recruitment and client-services centers based out of the U.S. and India.

- Lead the expansion of our Client Branch (U.S. recruitment organization) - scaling it from the current levels to a team of 1000+ recruiters and sourcing specialists

- Collaborate with U.S. and India leadership to create and implement standardized recruitment and quality processes. Manage process compliance across the recruitment life cycle.

- Collaborate to create industry leading, training and development organization focused on building strong recruiter competencies as well as overall people and process management capabilities at various levels

- Manage and develop new employee hiring and pipeline development.

- Manage recruiter-level, team-level, client-level and client portfolio level performance measurement (KPIs, SLAs and scorecards) based on coverage, timeliness, quality, pricing, compliance and specialization

- Execute and manage daily recruitment activities

- Lead by example by training, motivating and mentoring recruiting teams

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. Should have hands on experience of 12-15 years in managing a sizable recruitment organization is required.

2. Passion for creating a highly process orientation and quality recruitment organization

3. Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in recruitment strategies/approaches/processes

4. Strong professional, consultative, partnering, and influencing skills developed through extensive experience managing recruitment for MSP and VMS programs in the U.S.

5. Goal-driven, recruitment leadership professionals - able to work in a growing business environment

6. Operational management skills in a high-touch customer environment

7. Strong employee service and customer service orientation.
