Description - You will be responsible for heading the entire operations of a unit, managing a large team, and handling end to end supply chain operations of the unit.

Description :

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for -

- Managing the entire unit operations and working in close coordination with departments of manufacturing, quality, maintenance, engineering and finance

- Taking strategic decisions with respect to new product introduction and ensuring successful launch in the market

- Liaising extensively with external vendors, distributors and logistics partners in a Regulatory Environment

- Working extensively towards creating a strong vendor base

- Managing team of 10-15 people and up skilling them for their future growth

Profile :

You will be an engineer/post graduate from a tier college with 9+ years' experience in managing end to end operations of a manufacturing/assembly unit. Further you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team.
