We are looking Senior Manager - Underwriting for client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Information :

Office Location : Gurgaon - South City-1

Salary : Standard Hike on Existing

Experience : 8.5+ yrs, Hands on experience in the core underwriting functions

Education : Graduate

Shift Conditions : 9.30 am - 6.30 pm, 5 days working

Grade : Senior Manager

Transport : Own

Additional Skills (If Any) : CPCU/other underwriting related certifications will be preferred

Essential Job Functions

1. Underwriting team helps in reviewing, analyzing and compiling loss and exposure data required by the actuaries and underwriters for pricing accounts. Job responsibilities include:

2. Act as a knowledge resource for all pricing/ underwriting related decisions

3. Strengthen existing client relationships and help set up new businesses

4. Maintain & exceed quality metrics

5. Drive SLA adherence ensuring all parameters are met and corrective and preventive actions are taken

6. Share best practices across the team

7. Build strategy for hiring, retaining & training

8. SPOC for the team's interactions with the shared services

9. Drive culture of data based decision making
