Major Responsibilities:

1. Treasury Management

2. Bank Liaisoning - Relationships & Negotiations

3. Handling Loans Portfolio Documentation.

4. Credit Rating and Project Grading.

5. Loans takeover, terms rationalization, term sheet preparation

6. Financial evaluation of projects, Valuations, Annual budgeting,

7. Forecasting

8. Revenue and expenditure forecasting.

9. Fund planning

10. Business plans

11. Presentations

12. MIS

Should be good in Excel, Good in Presentation, Forecasting & Business plans, Fund planning, Basic business understanding, Preferred from Investment Bankers, Other Than Real Estate sector, Should be able to draw financial excel, Project Report, Bank proposals

Other Key Attributes Desired : Should have Basic Business Understanding, Good in Excel & Making Convincing Presentations.

Qualifications & Exp : 6 - 8 Years with MBA (Regular) from B - Schools.
