Senior Manager - Treasury for global MNC in Mumbai

CA with 7-10 years post qualification in global MNC (required)

Reporting to global head of treasury and in India to CEO.

Responsibilities shall include :

- Coordinate negotiation with banks.

- Lead third party agreements for commercial contracts.

- Initiate and monitor budgets & MIS.

- Lead the financial planning initiatives.

- Prepare flash reports on credit collection and highlight points for initiating actions.

- Coordinate forex handling for operations in the Region.

- Adhere to timely reporting and compliance set by global head office.

- Follow the good governance practices of the Group.
