Urgent Hiring of Sr. Manager Treasury for a well known Broking Firm.

Location- Dadar- Mumbai

Exp- min 3 years

Qualification- Qualified CA/ Inter CA

Duties :

- Preparing business model and projections for the company

- Preparing the CMA details for the banking relationship

- Preparing and providing timely data to lenders and rating agencies

- Preparing and maintaining interest and repayment schedule and ensuring timely payments

- Ensuring proper loan documentation and charge creation

- Timely preparation and submission of RBI returns/filing (NBS 8, Statutory Auditor's Certificate)

- Preparing Information Memorandum and other information to be submitted to prospective investors

- Preparing company presentations for prospective investors

- Managing pool creation and timely updation as per the sanction terms of various lenders
