This position is with a reputed BPO. - 12 - 15 years of experience in managing transport - Should have experience in managing transport for 2000+ employees - On boarding Vehicles within Budget constraints, as per projection - Optimize transport system by increasing vehicle efficiency, employee satisfaction, vehicle utilization - Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently - Exploring different channels to on board Vehicles/drivers, ensuring getting support from Transport Partner & the associated drivers - Monitoring the staff & ensured the maximum utilization of the resources - Reviewing and ensuring compliance to all the safety policies & procedures - Ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations and policies and timely and accurate resolution of issues - Able to handle internal audit effectively - Should be able to get automation implemented - Ensuring the submission of all MIS report, submitting daily, weekly, monthly activity reports and consolidating and reviewing Invoice on timely basis before submitting for payments - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective negotiations with external vendors - Capable of adopting any given situation and demonstrated personal accountability, strong work ethic and organizational skills with attention to detail - Supervision, selection, coaching, and evaluation of team personnel to ensure operational efficiency - Ensuring Adhoc Vehicles supplies as and when required - Managing incidents if there is a breakdown or accident - Looking at immediate joiners/ 1 month notice period - Location - Bangalore Outskirts/Bangalore Rural
