URGENT OPENING--Senior Manager-Transitions and Project Management--International BPO

- Define best practices and standard framework while working with BPO function.

- Design transition methodology for any prospective clients, as and when it happens.

- Lead applications transitions end to end cycle.

- Define Project Scope and layout the project plan.

- Update all the stakeholders on project status and shares the issues\risks involved proactively.

- Interacts with different groups involved in the project and Defines project success and determines measurement criteria.

- Develops and documents project planning and scheduling.

- Develops and publishes project milestones and target completion dates.

- Tracks, monitors and communicates projects progress periodically.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Design Project plan / Presentations for client visits.
