Hiring for one of the leading BPO for the Transition Manager profile for the following location:

Brief of the Job Description:

- Managed Transition for Clients for FnA or SCM or HRO domain for Telecom, Horizontals, Retail, Manufacturing and other domain.

- Identify, raise and drive closure of issues in transition.

- Participate in steering committee meetings during transition phase.

- Collaborate with business development team to create transition approach for prospective client

- Support sales and business development in answering RFI/RFP proposals.

- Participate in client meetings, presentations and workshop.

- Invoice application posted accurately with timeliness.

- Created processes for the customer to develop a streamline business.

- Handled the billing process for the Client.

- Providing customer service in order to increase client satisfaction & program growth.

- Monitoring client relationship and program performance to meet and exceed client goals.

- Overseeing all aspects of program maintenance, working with internal personnel to represent client needs and ensure client satisfaction and peak program performance levels are met.

Team Management:

- Monitoring & reviewing the progress of the project with all internal departments and manufacturing organizations and alliance partners.

- Monitoring & reviewing the progress of the products with Sales teams located across.

- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
