Senior Manager - Transaction - Real Estate

Responsibilities :

- The Resource will be the primary point of contact for the client and will drive holistic engagement and all levels of communication.

- Leads and facilitates project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments and adherence to client objectives and processes

- Coordinates, identifies and mobilizes local teams on ground to engage with client stakeholders

- Confirms fee arrangements and execute engagement letters (request for services document)

- Drives transaction projects of varied nature that may involve lease renewal, relocation, consolidation, disposition, purchase etc. and ensures successful closeout
