Job Role:
Learning & Development:
Identifying & mapping organizational competencies across levels and identify gaps thereby.
Training need identification through annual performance review process.
Individual development plans for all employees based on the individual's competencies & Job requirement keeping in mind their aspirations and strengths.
Effectuating training & development initiatives, preparing training budgets and annual / monthly calendars for improving employee productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
Measure effectiveness and quality of training program conducted.
Reporting to - Head HR
Requirement:
Full Time MBA
Relocation candidate can also apply, Mix Experience of Sales & Marketing, Currently in Training Profile preferred
Candidates from -- FMCG / C.E / IT / ITES / Telecom / Process Industry only apply
