Hiring Sr. Manager - Training for an ITES client to be based out of Delhi / NCR
Key Responsibilities :
- Translate the business requirements into training needs and subsequently into the training systems design and articulate it to the team with the help of suitable model.
- Offer creative alternatives for fulfilling the training needs
- Work closely with business to create and align sustainable, integrated solution.
- Deploy instructional approaches to reinforce performance-oriented learning by including blended learning solutions, simulations and experiential learning in curriculum.
- Create, leverage and implement plans for either the development of new or the updating of existing learning. Drive high-level planning exercise.
- Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately
- Identify and authorize trainers based on training requirements.
- Deliver training necessary to bridge skills gaps in aligned line of business
- Provide on going support to business in reinforcing training in its day-to day applications
- Partner with leadership to ensure the effective delivery and sponsorship of learning and development efforts
- Publish training MIS to business
