Job title : Deputy Manager Training.
ROLE: -We are looking for senior trainer for customer service and soft skills training. This is an individual contributor role in the HR department. The incumbent is expected to work primarily with our Ground Operations, Flight Operations, Reservation, Safety and Terminal Services departments for meeting their soft skills and customer service training requirements. She would be responsible for maintaining and further developing eLearning modules. She would be responsible for business analytical reporting for sharing those with the management
EXPERIENCE: -The applicant (preferably a lady) should have a diploma in training and development or an MBA degree (distance learning is fine) for being considered. Overall should have 8-10 years of experience of which at least 4 years should be in training. Hospitality or travel industry experience is a mandatory requirement
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Content creation, presentation skills, inter-personal skills, knowledge of learning/ behavioral models, communication in English language, empathy, collaboration and presence of mind. Apart from having exceptional skills in designing and delivering classroom programs she would be expected to be highly technology savvy. Exposure to ISO, COPC, PCMM or any other quality system will be an advantage
OTHER DETAILS The position is based in the capital city of Male in Maldives and all nationalities will be considered for the role.
