Recruiting for Sr. Manager - Training Alliance Sales position for our client.
Expectation :
- The role will be responsible for managing and building IT OEM network and grow OEM business amongst the enterprise customers .
Job responsibilities and duties :
- Building and managing partner relationships amongst IT OEM operating in India .
- Assess existing and emerging IT training market opportunities and create Alliance with prospective OEM's.
- Product management
- Grow existing OEM relationships
- Drive the partner business across all segments and verticals across India.
- Develop Partner engagement
- Partner / Alliance Commercial Management
- Customer Service Delivery
- Customer Relationship Management
- Customer Marketing and Sales Support
Experience :
- Provide enablement to the sales teams to ensure-IT Alliance products becomes a core focus in their solutions to end clients.
- Coordinate with sales teams to identify emerging opportunities and new partners.
- Help build the business plan and execute with partners to deliver desired sell through revenue in India.
- Extensive knowledge with the IT and IT training industry.
- Around 12-15 years of successful sales experience and a proven track record of selling learning/ education solutions through partners across India.
- Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex alliance initiatives from start to finish
- Ability to determine strategy and tactical plans that deliver tangible value to the marketplace
- Marshaling internal and OEM resources to conduct sales and marketing campaigns
- Effective communication & interpersonal skills, including teaming skills
- Ability to self manage and prioritize workload
- Customer Satisfaction measurement and management.
- Strong executive selling skills as well as demonstrated success in stabilizing and developing client relationships
