Senior Manager - Trade Transaction Reporting - Financial Institution

Our client is a leading global financial institution seeking Control Analyst with a strong understanding of financial markets and products, as well as end-to-end operational processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing controls and assessing their design and effectiveness and will be familiar with Trade and Transaction Reporting regulations, including MIFiD II, EMIR, and SFTR.

Location: Bangalore, India

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Perform control reviews, including assessment of design and operating effectiveness.

- Produce Management Information and Key Performance Indicators on tasks performed.

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders with diverse professional backgrounds.

- Lead walkthroughs and meetings to focus discussions on outcomes.

- Articulate technical regulatory issues to individuals without SME knowledge.

- Draft reports and summarize outcomes of activities undertaken.

- Challenge senior stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Strong communication - Project Management and Risk Management Skills.

- Experience in handling the System - DTCC, Unavista/Trax/IHSM.

- Atleast 8-10 years of experience in Trade reporting or FM products.

- Experience on exception remediation or regulatory trade reporting reconciliation.

- Experience In any of the jurisdictions of regulatory Operations covering MIFiD II, EMIR, SFTR, APAC, CFTC.
