- Planning and execution of Trade marketing promotions/ programs for entire brand portfolio. Build a monthly calendar for the activities in consultation with stakeholders such as Commercial, and Operations.
- Prepare budget across brands to ensure proper execution as per plan within timelines by appropriate communication down the line to the stores
- Lead activation programs with vendor partners to improve brand visibility
- Conduct detailed analysis to propose modifications to the trade calendar. Present findings and changes required to the strategy to management as required
- Plan monthly promotion activities, negotiate with category teams. Coordinate between Operations, Category and Supply Chain teams for price and stock
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and plan market penetration strategies while designing the BTL activation accordingly
- Formulate departmental SOPs and ensure adherence to the same. Review and monitor regularly for any modifications as necessary
