Senior Manager - Trade Marketing - FMCG

J.D for Sr. Manager Trade Marketing

The position would report to Head - Trade Marketing.

The candidate should have total experience of 7-8 years of FMCG sales experience. At least 2-3 years should be in Trade Marketing H.O. / Regional role.

Job Objective:

- Responsibility for trade related activities for domestic market.

Primary responsibilities:

- Trade Marketing and Demand Planning with close coordination with Regional teams, Marketing teams, Sales leadership, Sales Development, Supply chain and Finance

- Drive top-line growth with effective utilization of budgets for trade activation.

- Responsible for category wise, region wise BTL design and strategy and its execution.

- Designing effective trade engagement, loyalty and visibility programs.

- Coordinating with Marketing and Sales for making launch plan

- Trade Promotion Management and optimization project to bring in efficiency in trade spend effectiveness.
