Sr Manager - Total Rewards
1. Carry out annual increments (Merit/ Market), promotions, and annual/ semi-annual bonus payments across the group. Work with HR BPs to make communications to business managers and field employees.
2. Structure employee compensation basis market trend and statutory compliances as part of annual review exercise.
3. Carry out compensation bench-marking for select levels/functions, participate in compensation survey across different employee segments, analyse market trends to ascertain increment and compensation movement.
4. Review, design and implement employee policies basis internal and market data analysis. Review and update policies basis statutory requirements.
5. Support in HR cost budget basis actual payroll and non-payroll spend vis- vis estimated spend in coming year, proposed headcount, attrition rate, inflation etc.
6. Provide HRSS support by managing payroll & F&F processes.
7. Provide employee offer support to the TA team. Plan periodic training with TA to keep informed about compensation range, structure and statutory updates.
8. Support with design of employee rewards schemes across functions and levels.
9. Support with benefits communication, review and update benefits policies
10. Manage employee queries, maintain defined TAT, manage employee escalations and exceptions.
11. Design and deliver compensation.
